How we write our training guides
We link to the research behind each guide and distinguish its findings from our practical examples. We state the limits of the evidence and update the sources when a guide changes.
Fitgamma editorial
Training information for generally healthy adults. It does not replace a personal assessment or a rehabilitation plan.
Who prepares the guides
The guides are attributed to Fitgamma editorial. AI tools assist with writing and translation. We do not claim external expert review of these guides.
How we use evidence
We use research papers, systematic reviews and professional guidance. Each guide links to its sources and describes what they studied. A result from one population or training method is not automatically a finding about every reader or about the Fitgamma app.
Research findings and practical examples
Workout tables, weekly schedules and exercise selections are editorial examples. The cited studies did not test these exact examples as a Fitgamma program. We separate practical suggestions from measured findings and do not present them as a personal assessment or rehabilitation plan.
Updates and corrections
When a guide is revised, its sources and conclusions should be checked again and its update date should reflect the content change. If you find an error, use the support link below and include the guide’s URL and the passage concerned.
