Terms of Use

Fitgamma is provided by Maksimilian Spiridonov, an individual developer based in the United Arab Emirates ("we"). By downloading or using Fitgamma you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These Terms supplement it. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it. Where the law of your country requires a parent's or guardian's consent for people under 18, you confirm that you have it. Fitgamma needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later; generating workouts and the AI trainer require an internet connection.

Fitgamma generates strength workouts based on the profile you provide and offers an AI trainer chat, an exercise catalog and workout logging. We may change, add or remove features, and some features may be temporarily unavailable.

You sign in with Apple. Keep your device and Apple ID secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Signing out keeps your data on the device. How account deletion works is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your first 3 completed workouts are free.

• Fitgamma Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe and may differ by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• AI features have reasonable daily usage limits that keep the service available to everyone.

Fitgamma provides general fitness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or an injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury; you train at your own risk. You are responsible for choosing loads you can handle and for using correct technique. The limitations you enter help adapt workouts but cannot guarantee that an exercise is safe for you.

Workouts and trainer replies are generated automatically, partly by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgment and do not rely on them for medical decisions.

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• reverse engineer, copy or resell the app or its content
• access the service by automated means or try to bypass usage limits
• use the AI trainer to create unlawful or harmful content
• interfere with the service or with other users

The app, the exercise catalog, videos, texts and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only within the app, for personal and non-commercial purposes. Your workout data remains yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Fitgamma and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Subscriptions are cancelled through Apple.

Fitgamma is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including injuries resulting from exercises you perform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Fitgamma Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of Fitgamma leads to a claim against us by someone else, you will compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent permitted by the law of your country.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use Fitgamma after an update means you accept it.

If you have a problem with Fitgamma, email first: we will try to resolve it within 30 days. This does not limit your right to go to court or to a consumer protection authority.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
