Acceptance of Terms
By using Fitgamma, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Fitgamma provides an AI-powered personal fitness trainer that generates personalized workout programs, tracks your progress, and offers fitness guidance. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription & Payments
Fitgamma offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the app (workout logs, messages, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.
Health Disclaimer
Fitgamma provides fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You use the app and follow its recommendations at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitgamma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fitgamma operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
